Training requires an on-going commitment by both your management and us, your software provider. The motto we all should adopt is - "get training, more training and more training".

We constantly monitor our support system in order to determine what areas your staff may need additional help understanding.

Becton Schantz will take the lead and request that you get the training you need to use our products to their fullest capabilities.

While we do charge for on-site training, our charge for this training is far lower than the cost of lost productivity!

We also utilize the Internet for training sessions; before, during and after the installation of our products. Web training has proven to be an effective method of providing any additional training required by your staff. They become more familiar with our software at a quicker pace and it helps them to stay current on new releases of our products.
